Lead will have the status Web Quote once it is received from an external source. To start receiving leads from your website check our Web quote section here.
When the Lead is received and has Web Quote status it will be Unassigned. You can choose a Sales person that will handle it and assign them. The status will automatically change to Active as soon as updates on the addresses and dates have been added.
Active status implies that an assigned sales person is actively in communication with the customer before the customer themselves decide to book a move.
A move that was booked and has been scheduled. The customer decided that the date and price work for them. When the Lead is in this status, the potential move becomes a Job. This Lead will have a link to the Job, as on the example below.
This status is given to Leads when the starting address is not covered by selected Company.
This status can only be set by a person that has permission to set No availability. It means that on the selected date (or dates) there is no availability to accommodate customers relocation needs.
The customer is not sure if they will move or not. This status helps Sales department filter leads that need a different approach.
This status can be set in multiple situation, according to a specific case at hand. It can be used in scenario where the customer needs to provide additional details about delivery, or they want to check about the payment, but are willing and ready to move with the selected company.
This status will be automatically set to all leads for the Company that is no longer in Active status. System runs a daily check to see if there are Leads with inactive companies. With this status we prevent new moves being booked until Company is working again.
System runs a daily check for the Leads that have a move date in the past. All leads with move date in the past that are not booked, will receive this status automatically.
