I cannot see a specific job in the list, with or without applied filters?

The jobs listed are only the ones you have access to. System looks for the companies that were assigned to your account and according to that lists out jobs for designated companies only. If you don't see jobs from a Company that should belong to you, contact your department Manager to give you appropriate access.

Also note, that "Assigned company" on the job dictates who will be able to see the job in their list.

I cannot send SMS to movers, it says company needs a phone number?

In order to send SMS to movers from your company you will need to get a phone number from which automatic and regular messages can be sent to assigned crew. Check section for details.

I cannot make changes to a job after it is Completed. Why?

After the job is marked as Completed, we consider that the service for the customer has ended. From Dispatch app there is a double confirmation to ensure jobs aren't completed by mistake. From the Foreman app, the same is in place. Only changes that are allowed are to add transactions, if needed for Refunds and leaving additional comments.

Making changes is available with a higher permission to edit hours, discounts and expenses. This will resend a copy of the updated contract to the customer automatically.

Job was started by accident, can we revert it?

If the Job was put into In progress status by mistake, a user with a permission to revert it back to Active can do this for you.

Job was put On Hold, can we revert it?

If the Job was put into On Hold status, a user can select to "Restore" the job to move it back to its previous status.

Job total time shown on the Foreman app is different from what it was actually tracked by our movers. What is the issue?

Option to override total hours is available from Dispatch app. If the hours were adjusted on this page before the job was completed, system will consider the override as a correct one. You can always manually update the hours from Edit job page in the Dispatch app.

Foreman doesn't see the same price as I do in Dispatch app?

This two can get out of sync, refreshing both pages will show the current state.

Times on the Contract PDF are not showing properly. How to fix it?

Ensure time zone settings on your Company is properly set, since it affects how system generates time on the PDF. Time zone of your Company should correspond with it's physical location.

How do I assign movers and trucks on a job?

On a single job page, you’ll see the “Movers & Trucks” tab, where you can assign a foreman and helpers, and a truck.

How do I notify foreman and helpers about their assignments?

Once you assign them on a job, you will have an option to send an SMS or automatic message for them to accept/decline their assignment. You can check the status of these next to their names.
