We offer you an option to create your own Claim types. When Claim is created you'll be able to select a type relevant for your business. And there is no limitation in the number of types you can add.
These can be found under Settings > Claim types.

Some of the options you could try adding are: Property damaged, General complaint, Broken items, etc.
