All about your personnel on mod24
Getting Started
In order to use the software you’ll need to create users and assign them with the appropriate roles. Note that the Cluster Admin is a person who registered to use the services of Mod24 Dispatch app. This is the admin of the entire cluster. User is any user that is created within that cluster.
Create Users
To create a user in mod24 you will need to enter their basic details and add an email address where they would receive the invitation email. Mod24 Dispatch app will automatically send an email to your new users after you add them.
Users can belong to multiple Groups or Companies. Selecting these will grant them access to the data you have within these entities.
Selecting a Role will give a new user permission to access specific segments of your business. In other words, your Sales representatives would be able to handle Leads but wouldn't be able to add new personnel in the system.
User Status
Mod24 Dispatch app will automatically send an email to your new users after you add them. They can complete their registration by creating a password.
Users in mod24 are marked with two statuses: Active and Inactive.
Inactive users - this option is useful if one of your employees no longer works with you, but you still need to keep the data about their previous actions.
Inactive users will not have access to mod24 Dispatch app with their email.
Active users - these users have access to mod24 Dispatch app and can use the options granted by their permission levels.
