Settings for online booking with Mod24

How does Mod24 online booking works?

With this option you can request for your Company to be visible to the Customers on Mod24 web app.

If you are visible here Customers will be able to book a move online without unnecessary quote sending and correspondence before the booking.

1. Customer will enter the date and address

2. Customer will see your prices if you cover that area and have available slots

3. Customer will select the option that suits them (e.g. 3 movers 1 truck for $120)

4. Customer will enter their personal details (name, phone, email)

5. Customer will add credit card details

6. Customer will be able to review their details and book the job

Once the job is booked online it will be available for you in Mod24 Dispatch app. You will need to assign a Sales representative if necessary and follow up for additional details.

You can consider this option as booking on demand. Same as you would book a table at a restaurant or schedule an appointment with your hairdresser.

How to be visible?

Go to your Mod24 Settings and take a look at the Getting started section. You will be required to fill in certain information before submitting a visibility request.

One of our Admins will check you request for approval. Status of your request will update on your Company profile.

Once you're approved you will be listed to Customers on Mod24 web app for booking online.

You can switch your visibility at any time if you wish to hide your information from general public.

How is Company paid?

All payouts are done through Bill.com. You can either create a profile on the platform to receive digital payouts, or you can opt to receive checks.
