Basic information about hierarchy and organization in Mod24 Dispatch app

Intro

The purpose of Mod24 software is to be used by moving companies as their CRM system. And also allow bookings by clients through Mod24 web app. This system will allow you to register and create your own users, adjust settings and book jobs.

Below you can see our basic segmentation inside the app.

• Cluster - represents an entity that contains multiple groups and companies within itself.

• Carrier - falls under a cluster, can belong to one or more companies.

• Company - falls under group, one company can use one default carriers and multiple additional carriers.

• Cluster Admin - person who registered to use the services of Mod24 Dispatch app.

• Cluster User - any user that is created within the cluster.

Companies can have a default carrier but additional ones too for availability

Cluster

Cluster is your entire workspace. Where all your organization shares files, information, assigns jobs and manage your business on a day-to-day basis.

Carrrier

You can create as many carriers as you wish. They are used to provide availability to the companies. And further extend to your trucks and movers.

Relation between carriers, companies, users, movers and trucks

Let's try to go deeper into this. Carriers provide movers and trucks, whereas the companies form prices and handle the customers.

Company

A single Company as an entity in Mod24 Dispatch app can belong to a single group. As explained in the previous section it can

Cluster Admin

Cluster Admin or a Business Owner is a person that registered to use Mod24 Dispatch app. That person is responsible for granting first access to their personnel and handling future payment of Mod24 Dispatch services (first 12 months of use are free).

This is the highest level user and has access to all permissions and segments of Mod24 Dispatch app.

Your user cannot be edited or removed by anyone else in the system. It has a role that only belongs to you as a business owner. You can choose to unsubscribe from Mod24 Dispatch app and the entire organization will no longer be able to access it. We will keep your data for 60 days if you wish to renew your subscription, after that all your data will be removed.

Cluster User

Cluster user, or simply User is anyone who was invited to be a part of your Mod24 Dispatch app organization. User must have a role and belong to groups or companies. Further explanation can checked on our Users page.
