# Customer Note

Next to the Customer's details you will see a button "Add note". In this text box you can write out information the customer, as well as the movers, should be aware of. Customer note can be shared in the email if variable for **customer\_note** was added into automatic email templates. This note will is transferred from Lead to Job in the moment of booking.
