Next to the Customer's details you will see a button "Add note". In this text box you can write out information the customer, as well as the movers, should be aware of. Customer note can be shared in the email if variable for customer_note was added into automatic email templates. Visit Variables and Company Email Templates for further details.

This note will is transferred from Lead to Job in the moment of booking.
