The move was booked, but the Assigned company wasn't added. It indicates that either the Company you booked with doesn't have available movers or trucks that we could assign, or the Group settings are set in a way that all jobs are not assigned to anyone until someone manually reorders them.
A move is booked and an Assigned company is added. It's awaiting the response from the Dispatchers to confirm the booking or reject it by asking for additional details.
A move is booked and the Assigned company accepted the job. All details on the job are clear and the Dispatcher marked the job size as small or all day. Movers and Trucks can now be assigned on it.
A move is booked and the Assigned company rejected the job. In most cases due to incomplete address details or if additional information regarding the move is needed.
The rejection reason will be shown on the Edit job page. This section on the page will only be displayed in this specific status.
A move was booked but the Customer decided they will not be able to move on the provided move date.
A move was canceled upon the Customer's request. Cancellation reason as a note must be provided to cancel a move.
Move has been started, the crew is on their way to the customer's location or already driving to delivery. This status can be manually set from the Dispatch app or is started by a Foreman on their Movers app.
This status will be visible when the Foreman has finished time tracking, i.e. stopped the timer on the Movers app. Or the "Stop time tracking" was clicked from the Dispatch app.
In this step, the users can see the breakdown of hours that were tracked, and add DDT or breaks.
In this step, additional charges and/or discounts can be added from the Movers App. You can add Tips here too.
Will be available as a status only if the Movers app is used. It indicates that the Foreman is on the step where charges are made.
This is the part where the Customer should be given the device to check and confirm all the information is correct.
This is the part where the Foreman should sign and confirm that the customer reviewed the price and that they will start driving back to the office, parking, or another location.
This is more of an internal status to let us know the Foreman finished the move of the Customer and is driving back to the office.
This status will finalize the Move and the Customer will receive a Completion email.
