# Ratings & Reviews

## Company Rating

Overall rating for your Company will be calculated from all reviews left by your Customers. You can check ratings inside Mod24 Dispatch [here](https://dispatch.mod24.com/reports/ratings). The Company rating will be visible to the general public if you decide to set your company to be visible on Mod24 web app. Check more details in our [Mod24 Profile section](/mod24/companies/mod24-settings/mod24-profile.md) for companies.

## Getting reviews

There are three ways to gather reviews for your Company:

1. Requesting a review after a job is done
2. Automatically sending review request for online bookings
3. Requesting a review from old Customers

### Review after a job is completed

If you do not use Mod24 online services and you only book through Mod24 Dispatch app you can still ask your Customers to leave a review. After the job is Completed you'll have an option to "Request review".

This will send an email to the customer so they can leave a star rating and enter a short comment.

### Review for the customer

For all jobs, regardless of their source, you, as a company, will be able to leave a rating for the customer. This is available from Edit job page next to the customer's details.

### Automatic review request

This option is only applicable if the Customers book online through Mod24 web app. After the move is completed we will trigger an email that will ask them to leave a review for your Company. It will be listed on the same place as all your other reviews.

### Review request from old Customers

This option is useful if you want to add Customers that aren't present in Mod24 and you wish to include their rating about your Company on our platform. More details how to send them can be checked in our [Request reviews](/mod24/customers/request-reviews.md) section for Customers.
