Sales Dashboard
The initial screen for Sales department
The Sales dashboard will show overall stats of the performance in the previous period. Access to this page will be granted to the following default roles: Cluster Admin, General Manager and Sales Manager.
Use permission "View Sales dashboard" to grant it to additional roles if needed.
If the user has a permission to View Sales dashboard and to View Subco dashboard, a dropdown to select the desired view will be available at the top right corner of the screen.

Earnings
Claims
Refunds
Books by source
Books by tag
Canceled and On hold moves
Jobs for today
Summary of Leads, Moves and Claims
Top 5 companies
Recent reviews
Earnings
This section will show a summary of what a Cluster owner earned, as well as what is the payout to all the carriers. These numbers are dependent on cluster fee and cluster percent, more details can be found in Carrier info or Company info.
By default we will show earnings for Last month with comparison to the same month last year.
Claims
By default we will show Claims that were created Last week and their current statuses. Adjusting the filter will take claims that were created in the selected filtering option.
Refunds
Books (sources)
In this section a pie chart will show a distribution of sources for booked moves. By default we will be showing jobs that were booked today.
Books (tags)
Similar to the previous section, list will represent the number of booked moves today for tags that are connected to companies.
Canceled/On hold
This section shows how many jobs were put in one of these statuses during the selected period. By default Last week will be shown.
Jobs for today
This section will show the number of jobs with Move date for today and how many of these jobs were already completed.
No additional filtering is available for this section. It will show the current status of the jobs with today's move date.
Summary
Summary section will by default show Last week with the column chart with number of Moves, Leads and Claims. Adjusting the filter will allow user to see results for Today, for Last week or a Monthly view for the current year.
Top 5 Companies
This section shows the best performing companies according to:
Highest rating
Amount of jobs
Percentage of claims for performed jobs
Recent Reviews
This section will list out 5 latest reviews for the companies within the cluster. Reviews that are not public yet (i.e. the company didn't leave a review for a customer) will have an alert indicator next to it.
