# Claim Status There are 3 Claim statuses: * New * Active * Closed * Reopened New status indicates that a Claim was created. Customer wasn't contacted yet. Active status indicates that a Claims agent is actively working on it. Closed status indicates that an agreement between Customer and Company has been reached.
